Profile: Plans, executes & leads planning and performance management analytical activities under the broad guidance of higher-level Management. Full understanding of Business processes and ability to do complex flow charting. Should be able to provide analysis on employee’s performance and business. Able to develop policy and procedure, identify problems on existing procedure and present necessary changes to the management. Identify key responsibilities and professional requirement with HR Manager for new profiles. Identify key performance indicators (KPI) for the staff. Create a customised reporting system for the staff for monitoring day to day performance. Creatively presents results with charts, and graphs (dashboards) to the management every end of the month. Prepare analyses, comparisons, estimates and forecasts related to performance of employee and also business like investment decisions, cash management, expense budgeting etc based on industry standards, benchmarks and trends for performance measurement. Ability to Conduct gap analysis for the Maintenance process and monitor high spending and analyze the reasons and submit suggestion to Management for improvement Meet and discuss performance results with the Management

Skills Required: Excellent command of oral & written English. Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office, Advance Excel, and other software to assist in analyzing data, and provides dashboards. Advanced knowledge in creating graph, charts. Strong planning, organizing and monitoring abilities. Results-driven, Analytical, Logical and Methodic al approach. Should have strong personality to deal with different type of staff.  Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple, competing priorities experience is required in the practice of planning & performance management.
