We are looking for a financial analyst or accountant to join our multinational team based in Dubai. In this role, you will help with the implementation of accounting and accounting systems for the company, handle, prepare, compute and analyze all financial data in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position and cash flows of the business.

You will be a key member of an engaged, autonomous team—part of a newly established and creative culture that prioritizes people development and focuses on long-term growth.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for: Maintain financial records and or accounting operations based on accounting principles. Prepare budget estimates, annual reports, cash flow predictions and pro forma analysis. Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc. Carry out financial operational management of contracts or subsidies.

Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses. Conduct financial investigations and support external audits. Handle full-cycle accounting for a real estate portfolio including income producing and development properties with limited supervision.

To succeed in this role, you: Post secondary education in finance or accounting with chartered accountant designation Have a thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures – Have 2-3 years professional experience in the field Ability to utilize spreadsheet and accounting software systems. Real estate investment and development experience preferred. Have strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Have initiative, detail oriented nature and a self-motivated team player
