In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for an experienced senior business analyst. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in Agile business requirements to a modernization project with a significant impact on state services, safety, and compliance.

What you’ll be doing: Scoping business requirements in an Agile ICT project. Leading requirements gathering, modelling, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborating on user story creation and DevOps processes. Supporting program alignment and guiding product-focused development. Building positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.

What you need to bring Proven experience in Agile analysis for complex projects. Strong stakeholder negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of predictive and adaptive requirements approaches. Proficiency with BPMN, UML, and traceability methods. Ability to represent Product Owners and guide teams.

Bonus points for Immediate availability. Consulting background (Tier 1, 2, or 3 firms). Experience in digital or business transformation. Familiarity with CRM or case management (e.g., Dynamics 365, JIRA).
