Job Details: Preparation of Pre-qualification application in conjunction with job requirements like presentation of Company competence and qualification. Identify the technical requirements for each bid and will agree with the tender section Manager on the bidding strategy. Planning & execution of techno-commercial proposals for tender invitations received/advertised. Preparing initial Project Schedule, Man power histograms & execution statement according to the project requirements prepare the proposals, techno-commercial clarification submittals, attending meetings for techno-commercial negotiations and clarifications in the post order stage. Dealing with ongoing clarifications / negotiations Close out of tenders negotiations.

Reviewing the contract documents and notify the Head of the section in order to liaise with the first/second party regarding the concern. Attending Project kick off meeting (if required) Attending bid opening session and preparing analysis of the results. Preparing Tender Department monthly presentation for management review purpose.

Requirements: Bachelors of Engineering – Civil or architecture Engineer

Experience: 6-8 years’ experience Good English and Arabic at least 2 years in UAE at least 2 years in bids and proposals

Knowledge requirements: Engineering Knowledge with Project Management Skills, Presentations skills Microsoft Office & Project, Primavera.

Skill requirement’s: Good Communication & Negotiation skills, coordination & individuality.
