Responsibility: Main Function, IT Incident, request, end user escalation management, IT asset allocation/disposal, IT Cost savings initiatives, Mobile device management, Management and support for Legacy applications where required, Support on various team projects.

Stakeholder engagement as and when required. Assist with various issues at factory sites, including travelling to sites should the need arise. Good multiple stakeholder’s management. Track issues and projects to completion. Experience or working knowledge as IT Analyst. Experience working with MS applications. Experience managing costs and budgets (DO, GRN, gap analysis etc).

ITIL foundation/good working knowledge of ITIL process for Incident, Request and Change processes Salary: R30000.
