Front Desk Assistant
Responsibilities: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Keep detailed and accurate records of calls received.
Responsible for office administration and communication in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordination with the Sales Team in preparation of Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc s to clients and suppliers.
Creation of job order entries and production data entries in the company’s ERP system.
Maintenance of client and supplier/vendor database.
Maintenance and filing of records.
Responsible for initiating calls and following up on payment collection from clients.
Daily office administrative tasks as assigned.
