Trade Activations Analyst

The Position
You will be responsible for the analysis of the trade activations of the promotional plans as set out with the Marketing team, Customer Account team and Category management teams at the beginning of each year.
This role is all about ensuring that on a short term basis day to day and week to week that the plans are effectively activated.
You will do this by using all of the information and data available to you from Kantar, Dunnhumy, AC Nielson and from your internal sales figures.
You will glean insights from this data – and report back on individual successes across categories, promotions, stores, regions.
You may then recommend changes where you see fit and work with the Trade Activations Manager on ensuring they are pushed through as expediently as possible.
These are commercial decisions that must have a positive impact for product sales.
The Person
You will have circa 5 years experience in FMCG brand/trade/Key accounts executive role.
You will be highly influential and be both numerate and analytical.
You will be familiar with the use of Kantar/Nielson or Dunnhumby Data sources.
You will be able to deal with conflict and be able to create a strong case for pushing commercial changes through the business.
