The role will include headhunting, managing the recruitment and interview process and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction in a strong customer centric environment.

Role and Responsibility: Source, headhunt and screen job applicants, Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and clients. Management applicant tracking systems and recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Careers 24 and Placement Partner. Conduct and schedule interviews. Build and promote a customer centric culture.

Ideal candidate profile: Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of self motivation and a hunger to work with a team to build a great business. Strong sales mentality and brand building ability. Structured and driven. Be able to work systematically and orderly

Key qualification and skills: Relevant tertiary qualification. 3+ years in recruiting, including direct headhunting as well as working with clients. PR experience will be benefitail. Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
