Marketing Specialist

Currently, we are a team of 25 people employed across its three offices – Edmonton (Canada), Sunnyvale (USA) and Jaipur (India).
Responsibilities
• Developing content marketing campaigns (e.g. webinars, whitepapers, ebooks) to distribute content with the intent of generating leads and increased website traffic
• Evaluating and contributing to the content strategy based on a comprehensive understanding of analytics.
• Working with writers to create search engine friendly content.
• Understand how to leverage social networks and inbound marketing to enhance campaign performance
• Working with the team to develop creative strategies that will increase inbound links and social mentions to enhance off-page SEO.
• Providing content ideas to the blogging & content teams with the goal of increasing search traffic
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve marketing effectiveness, including audience segmentation, offer optimization, and reporting and analytics;
• Building and managing the Email marketing campaigns
• Building and executing Social media marketing strategies
• Handling press and media
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant work experience
• Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the key marketing channels i.e. SEO, Email marketing, Social media, content marketing and press/media
• Experience working with developers, writers and content strategists
• Excellent presentation skills with a penchant for persuasive speech
• Demonstrate highly developed written and verbal communication skills, tact, assertiveness and business acumen
• Exceptional team player with the ability to work cross functionally to achieve results
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data driven marketing
