A company sitauted in Pretoria North, requires a call centre agent that has current working experience within dealing with truck etc. breakdowns telephonically. The ideal candidate's main purpose will be to fulfill the duties of a Call Centre Breakdown Coordinator. Assist telephonically with diagnosing breakdowns, Identify the correct parts / consumables to be used in order to carry out the breakdown, Manage the field resources to achieve the lowest turn-around time for breakdowns, Make sure all job-cards are received timorously and captured comprehensively, Generate reports, Any other duties within reasonable expectation, Capturing of data on System. General administration and filing.

Biographic Requirements: The Candidate must have no challenges with regard to transport, to and from work, before and/or after hours.

Qualifications: Matric (Standard 10 / Grade 12), Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with mechanical workings of Trucks and Trailers, Good understanding of Air systems, Electrical systems, Hydraulics and Mechanical, Code 8 driver license (essential), Computer Literacy in MS Office (essential), Skills and Knowledge, Problem solving under pressure, Need to have excellent communication skills, Must be organized and be able to follow systems and procedures, General administration, Experience, Experience in the duties below would be advantageous., Specific Attributes, Well-spoken in English and Afrikaans, Good telephone etiquette, Good communication skills, Sociable and pleasant, Be able to work under pressure, Well presented, Well organized, Effective Time Management, Salary Benchmark: R120k Per Annum Cost To Company
