Manager Facility Operations. Department for Education, Children and Young People Tasmania. Hobart TAS. General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management). Government-State (Government & Defence). Full time. $140,703 to $150,200 per annum. This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities.  Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well, and learning. The child is at the centre of everything we do and the way we do it.

Duties: Manage, advise, and report on the implementation and delivery of departmental statutory and infrastructure responsibilities, with a particular focus on managing and improving the recurrent risk profiles that underpin building functions and operation. Develop and advise on sustainable facility and building management strategies and implement relevant supporting systems and practices. Period of Appointment. Ongoing: ASAP Start Date.
