Construction Manager. Region: Riyadh.

Experience Level: Minimum 6 Years. Location: Saudi Arabia (Hail-Riyadh). Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from project initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and laborers, to ensure efficient project execution. Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all stages of construction. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project goals are met. Prepare progress reports, budgets, and schedules for stakeholders and management. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Certification in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.

Preferred Skills: Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM). Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
