Location, East London, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Our client in the Hospitality industry is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join their team, based in East London.

Responsibility Minimum Requirements: Matric, Formal qualification in Hotel / Tourism Management with previous experience in F&B Management within both A La Carte and Buffet dining environment. Previous experience with management of high volume conferences and events is essential. Sound financial acumen required. Must have an unendorsed drivers licence and own transport. Must be computer literate on MS Office Suite as well as a reputable POS System. Previous exposure to a property management system such as Pluspoint and Apex preferred.
