Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive NDIS Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping us attract and onboard new NDIS clients by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the NDIS sector and making a meaningful impact in the community. 

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach and research to identify potential NDIS clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, their families, and support networks. Provide guidance and information about our services to potential clients. Assist in the intake process and help clients navigate the NDIS system. Promote the bene?ts of our services to various stakeholders. Collaborate with the management team to develop client acquisition strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS policies, programs, and funding options. Track and report on outreach efforts and client engagement.

Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of the NDIS system and services. Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients and their families. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine passion for helping individuals with disabilities.

Desirable Quali?cations: Experience in the disability or healthcare sector. Knowledge of relevant NDIS software and systems. Previous experience in client relationship management or sales within the NDIS space.
