Sushi Chef, Shiki Sushi Ltd. Location: 1113 Blanshard Street Victoria, BC. Salary: 34.64 hourly / 40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Ranks of chefs. Sushi chef.

Responsibilities: Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. Create new recipes. Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff. Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods. Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
