Chefs Lecturer required for well known Chef School in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, Location,  Durbanville, Northern Suburbs,  Advertised By Private,  Job Type Full-Time

Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualification equivalent to NQF5/Recognizable Diploma qualification. Minimum 5 years solid industry experience. Good presentation skills and commandment of the English language. Must have some knowledge of the business side of the hospitality industry. Understanding of City and Guilds Culinary Arts and Pastry courses. Must have a passion for teaching. Lecturing experience at tertiary level would be an advantage. Assessor's and/or moderator's qualification would be an advantage.
