Salary negotiable plus benefits (weekend work required if needed otherwise Monday to Friday (No night shifts).
Responsibilities: In charge of Kitchen. Responsible for Production Planning. In charge of executing a set menu (breakfast, Lunch and early dinner). Attending to all quality standards and enhancements. Ensuring that food goes out as planned times. Planning and Executing of internal Functions for UNIT. Ordering and stock control. HSE Hygiene and HACCP. Manage other chefs and staff in the unit, Attending to meeting with catering management.
