OSCH Coordinator, Anzuk Education. Williamstown, Melbourne VIC. Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training). Full time. Above award + working from home hours.

Role Overview: As an OSHC Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of children in our care.

Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and engaging children in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, sports, and educational games. Supporting children’s social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance. Planning and implementing a range of programs and activities tailored to the interests and needs of the children. Collaborating with a team of educators to ensure a safe and inclusive environment. Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates and address any concerns. Keep accurate records and report any issues or incidents as required.

Qualifications and Skills: A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Care, or a related field. Minimum Diploma Level. Working With Children Check (WWCC). First Aid Certificate & CPR. Previous experience working with children in a similar setting is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
