About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our client's team. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, stylish shopping environment. This role requires a keen eye for fashion and a strong ability to manage all aspects of store operations.

What You Will Do

Lead and Motivate: Inspire and develop a team of sales associates to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Drive Sales: Provide personalised styling advice and build strong customer relationships to drive sales performance.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory, stock levels, and product ordering to meet customer demand.

Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

Store Presentation: Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
