Duties & Responsibilities: Manage a clean portfolio of 420 properties with another Senior Property Manager + OOO Support + Virtual Assistant. Mainly in-office duties. Handling maintenance. Owner / Tenant communication. Using initiative to prevent potential problems. NO ROUTINES. NO LEASING. NO BDM.

Skills and experience required for the role: 3+ years of Property Management experience. A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential. A valid driver's license. Strong communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Previous experience using Property Me software advantageous.
