Location, Plettenberg Bay, Eden, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Our Client a 5 star property in Plettenberg Bay has a vacancy for a Duty Manager. The duty manager will be reporting to the Senior DM and General Manager

Responsibility: 3-4 years’ experience in a 5 star hotel environment. To work well in the team environment. Take the initiative when required and to act/ think on our feet. Be able to manage a shift on your own. Have an eye for details when working with guests and on the floor operationally. Solid communication skills and the ability to interact with guests. Have sound knowledge of the workings of a 5 star hotel with a preference to stocks and housekeeping. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Computer literate in front of house systems like Semper. Drivers license (not essential) but an advantage. Contactable references. Salary: R8 000 - 9500
