Responsibilities: Reporting to the Outlets Manager, as the Head Mixologist, you will oversee the operations of 18 Knots, the must-visit cocktail rooftop bar in Perth, the most picturesque spot for a great night out.

You will ensure quality and service by performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Keep crafting fabulous cocktails and delicious beverages for the menu. Assist with the supervision of the bar to consistently meet high standards. Effectively controlling the flow of orders throughout the service. Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized. Manage bar stock and waste levels. Maintaining a fun, safe, and positive work environment for the team.

About You: To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: Minimum 1 year's experience in a bar environment with strong cocktail and wine knowledge. Social media savvy and following mixology trend. The ability to create classic and contemporary fusion cocktails. Excellent team collaboration and leadership skills. Flexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts. An interest in developing others to be part of a winning team. Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
