Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our dental services, enhance our online presence, and increase patient engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote dental services and special offers. Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and community outreach. Lead and manage the marketing team, including coordinators, designers, and external vendors. Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Create and maintain a strong brand presence across all marketing channels. Develop and execute community outreach programs and events to increase brand awareness. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in dental marketing.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Salary:

The hourly rate for a Marketing Manager will range from AUD 40 to AUD 60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. For an annual salary, if transitioned to full-time, the range would be approximately AUD 80,000 to AUD 120,000.
