This restaurant is large, upmarket and fast paced. Manage 9 staff – FOH. Have a good understanding of food and wine. Know labour law, food cost and bar stock processes. People skills essential. Full ref checks and criminal checks will be done. This is a role for someone serious about their career and passionate with high energy levels. Trading hours are 8am to 10pm. Only SA to apply. Responsibility: Assist the GM in all duties that involve the successful running of an upmarket and busy store.
