This hotel is seeking a well experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful incumbent will have a formal related qualification and a minimum of 2/3 years' experience within a similar position and environment. You will be responsible for managing 2 x teams i.e. rooms and infrastructure. Must be able to implement and follow up healthy routines pertaining to the maintenance of the product; good communicator, and respectful of ladders of management; physically fit as large area to cover daily, and possibly rough terrain; able to meet deadlines on projects. Must have the following skills: building, concreting, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, woodwork, some mechanical. Must have a good eye for detail per hotel rooms standards. Would be an advantage having knowledge and experience dealing with water pumps and spa equipment such as steam rooms, jacuzzis etc. Apply now for this wonderful opportunity.
