We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced cost estimator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with renovation and finishing projects. Your primary duties will include analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure successful project completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates. Evaluate materials, labor, and equipment costs for residential and commercial renovation and finishing projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to discuss and clarify project requirements. Prepare and present detailed cost reports and proposals to clients. Monitor project progress and adjust cost estimates as necessary. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and regulations. Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in the construction or renovation industry. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local pricing. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
