Lead Cost Controller

PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBLITIES:
    Accountable for set up, tracking, and maintenance of project cost utilizing Client software.
    Accountable for review of engineering estimates and forecast.
    Calculate weekly and monthly ACWP and utilize to forecast to complete.
    Responsible for scheduling and chairing bi-weekly forecast meetings with PC team and PM\'s.
    Advises Project Managment of cost trends, impacts, conflicts, forecasts, and risks.
    Assist Project Managers in change management process.
    Responsible for delivery of monthly report to Client.
    Stays aware of all major cost issues and has a foundation to support findings.
    Review all project invoices prior to submittal to client.
    Responsible for notifying Accounting of project closures, internal & external PM changes.
    Monitor and support EVM with project scheduler
    Utilize KPI\'s such as CPI ti support forcast and trends
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
    BS in Engineering / Finance or applicable experience
    Must be a current member of a recognizable professional institution
    Ten (10) years of project forecasting on major projects
    Twelve (12) years of cost control experience
    Five (5) years of pipeline project expeience preferred
