Key Responsibilities: Customer/Carrier/Supplier follow-up. Schedule appointments. Provide shipment information. Tracking and tracing. Data Entry. Invoicing & ensuring delivery of documents and BL to customers on time. Promote the company's name and values. Developing new ideas and strategies. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customers ’requirements. Assist the management and the team with any assigned special projects and provide backup to the team when required. Follow up and handle transactions related to export and import customs formalities. Manage shipments end-to-end, from booking at origins to delivery for ocean, air, and domestic shipments. Communicate all expectations to carriers, paying extra attention to special requirements and ensuring the carrier can meet all requirements. Receive and process various documents for accuracy, which requires operational knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures. Address various internal and external customer questions and concerns regarding shipments, billing, status, services, carriers, and other needs; forward complex or escalated customer needs as appropriate. Interface with airlines, ocean shipping, trucks, and related carriers to understand requirements. Experience In Shipping is mandatory. Experience in Jeddah is mandatory
