About the Role: This is an opportunity to take on a Project Management, Property, and Development Advisory role, working on multi-residential and commercial developments across SE QLD and Northern NSW. The role involves managing projects from feasibility and planning through to procurement, construction, and final delivery, ensuring they meet budget, program, and quality benchmarks. In addition to project execution, the role includes development advisory responsibilities, supporting clients with feasibility analysis, project structuring, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making. This position offers exposure to diverse and high-profile developments, working alongside developers, financiers, architects, consultants, and contractors to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead project management and development advisory services across multiresidential and commercial projects. Oversee feasibility studies, project structuring, and risk analysis to support client investment decisions. Manage project delivery from design and approvals through to procurement, construction, and handover. Coordinate with stakeholders, including developers, investors, government bodies, consultants, and contractors. Prepare and maintain project programs, budgets, risk registers, and financial reports. Lead Project Control Groups (PCGs) and project meetings, ensuring clear strategic direction and governance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability best practices. Provide commercial advice on contract administration, procurement strategies, and development approvals. Work across multiple project sites in Gold Coast, Brisbane, SEQ, and Northern NSW.

About You We’re looking for a Project Manager (client-side or builder), Architect, Engineer, or Consultant looking to transition into a client-side project management role. What You Bring: 5+ years' experience in project management, architecture, construction/builder, building services engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of building processes, project phases, and contract types. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organized, detail-focused, and process-driven approach. Ability to drive project outcomes while managing competing priorities. Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and project execution. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving project requirements.
