About the Role: As a Care Manager based in Tenterfield, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing and overseeing individualized care plans based on residents’ needs and preferences. You will lead, mentor, and support care staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Monitoring care delivery and assessing resident health and wellbeing will be essential, allowing you to make adjustments to care plans as needed. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies, while liaising with residents, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care. Additionally, you will conduct staff training and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of care and manage budgets and resources effectively to support care operations. Ideal candidate: MSI Group are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in aged care or a related field, with leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of aged care regulations and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
