Floor Manager Hardware Retail, East London, Eastern Cape. Floor Manager / East London – required with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail to lead and maintain excellent Store Standards and Sales Targets.

Minimum Requirements; Matric/Senior Certificate (Further education qualification advantageous). Must have experience in Wholesale/Retail trade. Extensive experience in dealing and sorting our customer complaints. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Min. 2 years’ experience in Managing and Supervising Staff, with strong ability to discipline staff (strong character – firm but fair). Valid Driver’s License. Strong communication skills in English.

The suitable Candidate must be: Able to remain calm in pressure situations. Must be willing to work retail hours – week-end shifts. Excellent problem-solving skills. Self-Driven. Must be able to work under pressure. Able to build and maintain Customer and Supplier relations.

Able to manage staff effectively – provide staff counselling and maintain happy enthusiastic staff, control and handle staff.

Salary: R15000 – R25000, depending on experience)
