Al Benaa Real Estate Investment PJSC is looking for a Finance Manager (Native Arabic Speaker).

Selected candidate will handle the all financial matters of Al Benaa Real Estate and its subsidiaries.

Finance Manager shall be responsible for: Structure the group finance function and department according to the scale of the company to provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation to support top management. Ability to drive cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions, delivering multiple projects to agreed deadlines. Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting as per Saint-Gobain monthly reporting methodology as per IFRS & IAS guidelines. Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes along with the General Management (rolling forecasts, 3 years etc.). Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization. Ensure marketing and operations reporting, costing, and are in alignment with product portfolio changes regarding new product development. Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales, operations and marketing teams. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts Support the business in product cost estimates and financial impact of any new products in the phase of launch or pre-launch. Monitor large CAPEX planning and feasibility. Prepare & Analyze financial data with a deep understanding of the business operations, support the business in pricing, and product costing. Experience in treasury, working capital optimization. Assist and support in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. (CPA / ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage. 10+ years of experience with minimum of 3 years within Real Estate or investment companies is a MUST. Proven work experience in IFRS, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Tax, cash flow management, and Fundraising. Good experience with Admin, HR, Legal practices, and other applicable laws. Excellent knowledge of ERP applications, and Expert in Microsoft Excel. High analytical skills. Fluent in English (written/spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and leadership skills and Time Management.
