We are looking for an experienced Property Manager, who will be responsible for managing Arch’s rental property and client portfolio with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: Actively manage Arch’s portfolio of rental properties. Liaise with landlords and tenants in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Screen new tenants, including reference checks.  Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections. Liaise with contractors to faciliate maintenance requirements. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications: Certificate IV or Diploma in Property Services. Certificate of Registration.

Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience. Full drivers licence. Experience in use of Property Me (desired). Ability to work autonomously and self manage workload.
