An Industrial & Commercial manufacturing and distribution company in the field of Jacketing and Insulation, with a strong presence in Australia, South East Asia, Middle East and Europe is looking for a suitable candidate to fulfil the role of Client Support Officer/Sales Administrator to join their Head Office (Perth, Northern Suburbs) team.
The job role entails, but is not limited to the following: Managing client inquiries via email, online, phone or in person. Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services. Maintaining client records and documenting processes. Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps. Ability to liaise and coordinate with other internal departments & colleagues on client-related matters. Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services. Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes. Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience. Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skill. Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner. Team player.
Being able to handle complex problems while working with customers to ensure all discrepancies are resolved quickly and efficiently. Assisting in pre-qualification processes and tender processes. Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution. Salary commensurate with Knowledge and Experience.
