Looking for support consultants to support our customers in utilizing vending software and purchasing prepayment meters. The right people with previous experience working with public calls to answer sales and support troubleshooting. Training on product and software is provided, however person must have experience dealing with public answering questions on the phone and must prove technical inclination. We are looking for honest and reliable people.
Requirements: Must be able to work for 1 month training in Johannesburg (accommodation is provided). Experience in technical call centre environment minimum 1 year. Must speak Afrikaans and English fluently (bilingual person), Able to work independently and have great troubleshooting skills. Must have recent and valid references. Able to work in shifts including weekends Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and evenings. Must have own car and driver’s license. Must have matric. Must have Credit clear. Must have Criminal clear. Must be SA Citizen. The above are the minimum requirements and must be met for the application to be considered.
Advantages: Technical background preferably N3 in electrical engineering. Alternately software background. Understanding of electrical installations. Technical Sales experience. Position: Permanent
Location: Mount Edgecombe, Durban
Start: Estimated 15th September 2015. Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 with rotating evenings shifts (14:00 to 22:00). Weekends: Rotating Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Remuneration: R5,000 - R7,000 + overtime (weekends, etc) + Benefits
