Qualifications / Requirements:

A 3-year tertiary qualification in Marketing, Finance or Engineering

Minimum of 3 years leadership experience

Minimum of 3 years project management experience

Knowledge and experience of the Automotive Industry and related business processes

Comprehensive understanding of cars and their manufacturing processes

Advanced MS Office skills

Strong economic, analytic, problem solving  and execution capabilities

Strong leadership and motivational qualities

An excellent communicator and negotiator

English essential

A natural networker, across international boundaries

Entrepreneurial thinking 

Key Performance Areas:

Lead projects for upcoming new products

Identify opportunities for product expansion

Explore new markets for exports of local products

Analysis and creation of business processes and financial targets for business cases

Implementation of business plans

Establishment of effective international networks in the company
