Key Responsibilities The primary objective of the role is to keep up to date records of trip schedules, customer’s applications, vehicles condition reports, fuels records and other reports present to management.
Job Descriptions To deliver stocks to the right customer location at the right time in full quantity.
To check and report the temperature of products while loading and while conducting delivery ( Daily).
To check the vehicle condition before loads by conducting checklist verification( Daily).
To ensure cleanliness of self and vehicle and before, during the course and after deliveries.
To submit the vehicle checklist to supervisor and get it authorized on a day to day basis (Daily).
To check the stock/inventory handed over by warehouse personnel before loading.
To ensure the customer acknowledges the delivery with proper Stamp/Signature.
To inform back the delivery rejection/returns from the customer to Customer Experience/Logistics Supervisor.
To get police verification done in case of accidents or incidents resulting in damage to vehicle.
To develop the right attitude and speaking skills while delivering stocks to customers.
To ensure all documents related to vehicle and self are present at all times inside the vehicle.
To ensure hygiene upon self, uniform discipline and safety shoes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have 2 to 5 years’ of driving experience in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Must have good communication and driving skills.
Holding a valid Manual UAE Driving License.
It is essential that you hold a high secondary degree.
