Client Service Consultant - Furniture Removals (DBN) Non-EE, Waterfall, West Suburbs. We are an established national transport company, specialising in furniture removals.

Duties & Responsibilities: The Internal Client Service Consultant will service our local and national customer base.

Minimum Requirements: A Matric/ Grade 12 qualification. ONLY BENEFICIAL, BUT NOT A Requirement: A tertiary qualification /or pursuing a part-time tertiary qualification. 3 to 5 years work experience. ONLY BENEFICIAL, BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT: Industry-related experience at a professional furniture removal company as an Internal Client Consultant/ similar.  Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Fluent professional verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.

A confident telephone etiquette with good people skills and a positive energy. Must have a drivers’ license and own reliable transport. Will be required to work two weekends in a month, on rotation. Must ideally reside in Durban (western suburbs), or willing to relocate (we are based in Hillcrest/ Waterfall).
