A well-established company in Dubai (Business Bay), dealing with shipping and logistics forwarding is looking for a Customer Service Executive Shipping and Logistics.

Benefits: Salary - AED 3,000 AED 4,500 (based on experience and skills), Medical and air ticket (self)

Responsibilities: Coordinate with existing customers and follows up with prospects. Update the shipments status to the customers. Liaise up with local vendors for the service such as sea/air/land.

Sourcing rate and corresponding with overseas agents/office for rate and follow up with the shipments. Process the custom bill of entry. Update Vessel Movement Report on a daily basis

Skills: He should have at least 1 to 2 years of UAE experience in similar role.
