Description: 1. To effectively manage the customers and ensure top service levels are maintained to develop long-term business relationships.
2. Alerting the sales/ support teams of any issues that may impact order status. Also maintaining consistent communication channels with customers, and be responsible to pass on important information to relevant departments.
3. Ensure that the customers are satisfied and develop trust to secure future business
4. Able to multitask and work well under pressure
5. A pro-active team player with professional attitude & approach
6. Highly customer focused with a “can-do” attitude, always ready to learn
Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
• Only male candidate with fluent Arabic language skills required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree with exposure to logistics and sales support is an advantage
• High competence in standard MS Office applications including WORD & EXCEL
• Advanced Excel skills are preferable.
• Excellent communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation in English.
Functional Competencies Required
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Must have strong ability to multitask and prioritize based on customer demands and workload.
• Confidence to communicate independently with customers and show initiative as well as problem solving abilities.
