Debtors Clerk, Parktown, Johannesburg. Lovely opportunity for experienced Debtors Clerk to join successful vibrant small company near Houghton. Fulltime, Monday to Friday 08h30 to 16h30. Will be required to learn inhouse debtors systems. On-site training will be provided for these.

On a monthly basis we invoice approximately 800 shops (within the jurisdiction of a Bargaining Council) who have approximately 8,000 employees on different benefits, e.g. pension, provident fund, sick fund, etc. (excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential)

Bank payments are captured into the system daily, credit notes and queries dealt with daily. Some accounts require reconciliation on an adhoc basis.

Monthly reports downloaded from the system, checked and captured into Excel for processing by the Accountant.

Good Excel skills essential. Maths and accounting knowledge would be a requirement. Salary between R15 – R19k per month cost to company, benefits also avail, salary neg depending on exp and qualifications.
