Rental Administrator, Durbanville, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: MLD LETTING. An established rental agency in Durbanville has an opportunity for a Rental Administrator. We are looking for an experienced person who is familiar with letting properties.
Duties and Responsibilities: Admin, All office administration, paperwork and filing, Answer of telephone, Drawing up leases, Create files for properties and their tenants/owners, Handles customer inquiries, Adhoc admin duties, Manages company's Facebook page.
Finance, Familiar with the PayProp system (NB!), Debtors, Send out invoices, Follow-up, and collection of outstanding payments. Allocation of payments to the correct accounts. Creditors payments. Assist Financial Manager with the compilation of company's month-end documents. Petty cash.
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in debtors and administration is important. At least one (1) year of experience with the PayProp system (non-negotiable). Experience in the LegalSuite program (not essential, but will count in your favor). Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Word and Excel. Salary and Availability Salary Negotiable. Post immediately available.
