Location: Eastern Pretoria, Pretoria / Tshwane, Job Type: Full-Time. An established national transport company in Pretoria East requires an ambitious, intelligent & hard-working graduate to employ the critical role of ‘National Reception- & Client Administrator’. The successful incumbent must be able to manage a high-volume workload in a high-pressured environment.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all national general telephonic & email queries. Engage in fluent & professional Afrikaans & English verbal & written communication. Assist with an extremely busy switchboard & high volume client administration. Send relevant documentation to customers within lead-time. Review all documentation & follow up on incomplete client information. Engage in ad-hoc office administration duties.
Desired Experience & Qualification: A National Diploma/ Degree, with a good academic record. 1 to 5 years work experience. Proficient Microsoft Office skills & competent typing ability. Excellent professional verbal & written communication skills in Afrikaans & English. A pro-active multi-tasker in a serious & high pressured environment. A confident & energetic telephone etiquette. Excellent people-skills & the ability to think on your feet. Decision-making skills & a meticulous work ethic. A drivers’ license & own transport. Willing to work one Saturday every month. Ideally reside in Pretoria East/ willing to relocate.
