We are looking for a Finance Administrator. The main responsibilities are as follows:
1. Manage Receivables – Daily & Monthly
2. Manage Payables – Daily & Monthly
3. Monitoring BG & LC Security & Price Updation in Oracle
4. Unblock Sales Orders after seeking approvals as per policy
5. Strict Adherence to Credit Control Policy
6. Conduct Monthly Cycle Count of all Stores as per Policy
7. Monthly Sales MIS Report & Daily Sales Report
8. Weekly Sales & GC Analysis – actual & projected for the month basis orders booked
9. Expense Analysis
10. Freight Inward & Outward Reconciliation
11. Assist FM in Annual Budget Preparation
The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG background preferred). If you have the above experience and are available in the U.A.E. please apply.
