Junior network administrator, Location, City Centre, Cape Town, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time

We are a well established ISP/IT Business solutions company in central Cape Town. We are looking for a Junior networks and systems administrator to join our team. At lease 1 year experience related to Network and Systems administration duties.

You will be responsible for the following: Assisting in design and Implementation of networks, systems and Servers. Working on Cisco devices with Layer 2 implementations. Assisting in daily running of network. Assisting on site installers in configurations and fault finding

Requirements: Matric Certificate. Drivers License. Knowledge and experience with Citrix Xen Server, Debian based OS's as well as CentOS/Cloud Linux. Knowledge of setting up Cisco switches and Routers, as well as VLAN spanning etc. Mikrotik Router OS Knowledge essential. Ubiquity knowledge an advantage. Starting Salary market related and depending on skill level.
