Preferred Requirements/Skills and Competencies: Strong focus on Client Services - Must be able to deal with client queries and have a natural passion for Client Service. Must have relevant experience and knowledge of the Debt Review industry and process including Proposals, Reworks and Terminations.

Finwise experience is a must. Must have experience in contacting Credit Providers to follow up on tasks related to the Debt Review Process. Good administration skills. Ability to work in a team. Good e-mail writing skills. Data Capturing. Attention to detail. Telephonic skills.

Systems Knowledge: Finwise (Debt Review PDA System). Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook (emails), Contract length: 12 months. Job Types: Full-time, Contract.

Salary: R4,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
