Document Administrator Position, Rustenburg, North West. Our client, a leading legal services company with offices in central Rustenburg, are recruiting for 3 Document Administrators to join their busy team.

There are two different shift patterns available for these roles: 8am - 3pm Monday - Friday. 3pm - 11pm Monday – Friday. There will be occasional weekend shifts available too of 9-1pm. As a Document Administrator, you will be responsible for the production of legal documents (letters, reports), and performing proof reading and amendments to a high degree of accuracy.

Key duties will include: Typing reports, using audio recordings and producing letters and reports. Use the 'in-house' style and amend the documents where necessary to match the requirements. Work quickly and accurately to meet the time-frames and targets set. Daily typing and transcription tasks (with fast and accurate typing skills).

Candidates for this role will: Have strong typing skills. Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems. Attention to detail is a key focus for this role. Work well to deadlines and best practice standards. Be able to commit on a permanent basis to the shift working hours (early or late shift). Full training will be given in this role, but our client are looking for candidates with a positive attitude to learning and development. Salary: R12500.
