Maternity Cover Credit Controller (Doctor's Practice), Ottery, Southern Suburbs. Company Name: Drs Mabasa and D'Andrea Inc. Drs Mabasa and D'Andrea Incorporated trading as MD Inc., is a Cape Town based company of Specialist Emergency Physicians who share a passion for Quality Emergency Care. We currently have a Maternity Cover Credit Controller Vacancy at our Head Office (Ottery, Cape Town).

Reports to: Credit Control Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities. Timely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis. Allocation of payments. Reconciling of debtors statements. Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts. Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis). To liaise professionally with external/internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff.

Competencies: Deadline Driven, Target Driven, High attention to detail,Excellent Telephone and Email etiquette. Excellent negotiation skills. Team Player, Takes initiative, Ability to handle pressure.

Requirements: Grade 12 (non negotiable). Experience in GoodX system Advantageous. 1 - 2 years experience in a Credit Control role preferred. Good knowledge and understanding of Medical Aid guidelines / rules / benefits (advantageous).

Additional: 4 Month Fixed Term Contract (Starting January 2022). Must be available immediately/unemployed.
