Junior Import And Export Controller Required Responsibilities: Contact customers daily and maintain open communications with them at all times. Seek and confirm daily loads, meeting expected rate and revenue targets. Receive and manage to book of vehicles. Generate, manage and update tracking reports. Manage driver efficiency. Act as the main point of contact for clients about logistics. Generate and manage documentation. Check Export/Import documentation. Communicate with agents on exports and imports. Complete reconciliations on orders completed. Manage pods.

Requirements: 4 + years relevant logistics control experience. Completed grade 12 coupled with a relevant Degree or National Diploma. MS Office Suite. Must be familiar with port dynamics, relations, and booking systems (NAVIS). Must have knowledge and experience working with vehicle tracking systems. Must possess a reasonable knowledge of vehicle mechanics and compliances. Must have driver management skills. Must be well versed in dealing with customers. Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills.
