Job description
Briefing projects into allocated team through Jira and ensuring timeous delivery on each
• Manage internal process from kick-offs to briefs through planning and managing deadlines
• Ensure all work is managed closely and possible issues are resolved so the 24hr deadline can be kept to
• Ongoing liaison and updating of all departments on progress of projects so everyone is in the loop at all times
• Ensure that all internal processes are followed by all departments involved
• Identify gaps in the schedule for optimal utilization of resources
• Work closely with the CD for timings on jobs
• Monthly reporting on Jira
Requirements
2-3 years
Matric/Diploma preferably in marketing or advertising
Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills. Proactive with a can do attitude. Ability to muti task, problem solve and work under pressure.
Jira, Exel and Microsoft. Experience in Photoshop / InDesign and other design and technical programs added bonus
